Scheme 1 (Modular)

Module 2 – Kshs. 270,000
Module 3 – Kshs. 270,000
Module 4 – Kshs. 270,000

Scheme 2 (Quarterly)
Deposit – Kshs. 80,000 (Refundable)
Each Quarter – Kshs. 125,000 (X8)
First Quarter due on or before the beginning of the course.

Final Examination Fee: Ksh. 6,000

 

 
Culinary Arts Certificate Course (1 Year)

Deposit – Kshs. 100,000 
Each Quarter – Kshs. 60,000 (X8)
First Quarter due on or before the beginning of the course.

Final Examination Fee: Ksh. 6,000

General information

At the start of the course every student must bring along the following

  • 2 Pairs Chef’s trouser- (Chequered black/white)
  • 2 to 3 Chef’s jacket
  • 2 Neckties-white plain
  • 2 Aprons – white plain
  • 2 Torchons (Heat cloth)
  • 1 pair of Black Heavy Duty Shoes with thick Grip soles
  • 1 small padlock for personal locker

* Exact uniform specification to be obtained from the Institute.

* Students are required to cater for their transport,meals and accomodation.
