To understand the interrelation of the various Food & Beverage Departments – Purchasing – Service – Stewarding
To hone their skill and take part in the day-to-day food preparation : Buffet Meal service , – A la Carte – Special Meal provision , Function Meal production – Outside Catering Service.
Ability to organize well, ability to multitask and be creative!
